Yoga – Ages 6-10

A class intended to encourage the exploration of social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility and coordination. Children will strengthen their bodies, exercise their minds and satisfy their souls through the use of music, dance, games, cooperative play and quiet introspection. A weekly thought will be explored. Yogis are asked to please bring a mat.
